30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached when applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Email casualbogeys@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the address where the item should be sent. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return-shipping instructions, including any applicable label or shipping responsibility, will be provided when the return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, and additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email casualbogeys@gmail.com.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may give you the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Returned items must still be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
